Well, I had this printer delivered during the Chinese holiday. Though it took 63 days on sea ( that was expected), but due to the holiday and I on the other hand living in UK,It was a struggle setting up the printer as it was Chinese language configured. Anyeways, I searched videos how to set it up and draw ink ( should have waited for Roy and his team yo be back) , following online insructions, I wasted a lot of ink and in the process, damaging the printhead and right flat cable. The cable and dampers were replaced by Roy out of good will, however the printhead replacement cost over 400 pounds including customs fee to replace. During the process of changing the flat cable. Sending pictures and videos back and forth, one of the technichians was a bit rude ( now, it could be due to language barrier) I wont disclose his name here but he said " do what I say and stop sending useless pictures" I finally got the replacement done and Pionted out the remarks as rude but he did not get it 😅
